Download the free Spond app (iOS or Android) and accept the TLS group invitation. You must accept this to participate in competitions.

Receive competition event invitations
Each competition appears as an event in Spond. You'll be notified when a new competition opens. Accept the event invitation to enter.

Pay your entry fee through Spond
Payment is collected securely through Spond. Entry fee amounts are announced per competition. You cannot confirm entry until payment is made.

QR code released — you're competing!
Once payment is confirmed your unique Toptracer QR code is released through Spond. Visit any Toptracer range, scan it at the bay and you're on the global leaderboard. Track It. Score It. Win It. ⛳

Got Questions?

Do I need to be a good golfer?+
Not at all. Three handicap divisions — Division 1 Scratch & Low (HCP 0–12), Division 2 Mid (HCP 13–20) and Division 3 High (HCP 21+). You compete only against players at your level. There is also a Best Gross Score champion prize that any player in any division can win.
I only play at the driving range — can I enter?+
Yes — and you are exactly who we built this for. No course needed, no club membership, no official handicap card. If there is a Toptracer bay near you, you can enter and compete.
I'm outside the UK — can I enter?+
Yes. Any golfer at any Toptracer venue worldwide can enter TracerLeague Series. Prizes are paid as range credit to your local Toptracer venue — no shipping complications wherever you are.
How does the QR code work?+
Once you've paid your entry fee through Spond your unique QR code is released automatically. Visit any Toptracer range, scan the QR code at a bay to join the competition session, and play your virtual round. Toptracer records everything automatically.
What is a TLS Handicap?+
Your TLS Handicap is your personal virtual golf ability score — calculated entirely from your TracerLeague Series competition history. After 3 competitions we calculate it from your best 2 score differentials × 0.96. It updates after every competition from then on. It may differ from your official golf handicap as virtual golf plays differently to a real course.
What if I don't have an official golf handicap?+
No problem. You self-assess your ability at registration using four simple descriptions. You get a provisional TLS Handicap immediately and your official TLS Handicap is earned after 3 competitions based on your actual virtual golf scores.
How are prizes delivered?+
All prizes are paid as range credit to your nearest Toptracer venue or as a golf voucher with a partner brand. No cash prizes. No shipping. Money stays in the golf ecosystem. Prize values are announced per competition via Spond and our social media.
